He enjoys leading the way in emerging industries that not only have a lot of room for growth and expansion, but also intersect. As CEO, Wil is focused on significantly improving our environment and impacting our health by reducing pollution and moving to more and more renewable energy sources.
Outside work, you can find Wil enjoying nature by golfing and mountain biking, spending time with his family, supporting local youth activities and ocean clean-up projects, and improving his own lived environment with DIY home projects. He’s also recognized by the Professional Golfers Association of America (PGA) as a Class A Professional.

Corey Lambrecht
Corey Lambrecht applies his decades of broad expertise as a well-established serial entrepreneur, experienced public company executive and seasoned investor to business operations, management, raising capital, board communication and investor relations at SinglePoint.
The experience he leverages in his role as president also includes strategic acquisitions, corporate turnarounds, new business development, pioneering consumer products, corporate licensing and interactive technology services.
Prior to joining SinglePoint, Corey served as the president and CEO at Earth911 Inc., a subsidiary of Infinity Resources Holdings Company (OTC: IRHC).

Barney Monte
Taking the lead on financial controls and reporting, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and business strategy, Barney Monte is driven to grow the business and increase shareholder value while making a meaningful impact on the environment.
As Head of Business Development at SinglePoint, he leverages his experience having successfully completed multiple capital raises and M&A transactions for domestic and cross-border companies across various industries.
Outside the office, you can still find him focused on the green — as an avid golfer, he geeks out on ways to lower his handicap. Barney also enjoys unwinding by reading and cooking, and he's dedicated to supporting the American Heart Association.

EVP, Operations
Chad Miles
Responsible for acquisition opportunity identification and company integration, Chad Miles is motivated to enhance operations for a company that's at the forefront of one of the most significant infrastructure and energy production shifts in modern history.
As the executive vice president of operations, Chad integrates standards and processes, identifies best practices and fosters our people- and planet-driven company culture.
He draws on his leadership experience as an Air Force Captain who implemented strategic initiatives for nearly a decade. At SinglePoint, that patriotic duty continues to be a throughline in his work. He believes that renewables and battery tech will completely revolutionize our nation's ability to maintain electric grids, which will help strengthen our economy.
When he needs to rally after working hard on a mission he believes in, you can find Chad hitting the tennis courts or watching matches outside the office.

Eric Lofdahl
Eric Lofdahl joined the Company in 2013 and has exclusively served on our Board as a non-executive director since 2018. He previously served as the Company’s advisory Chief Technology Officer (“CTO”), with no day-to-day responsibilities in a non-compensated capacity beginning in 2019. He has over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, including positions in software development, program management, complex system integration, and engineering process definition. Mr. Lofdahl began his career at the Boeing Company, where he led a team that successfully developed advanced wireless and satellite data products based on commercial technology for the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Lofdahl is the owner of the Lofdahl Group, a technology consulting company, and Text2Bid, a mobile auction platform. Mr. Lofdahl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University.

James (“Jim”) Rulfs
Rulfs has spent the majority of his career specializing in mergers and acquisitions and has over 40 years of experience as a managing principal across different industries. Mr. Rulfs currently serves as the managing member of CBC Partners Holdings, LLC, a privately-funded lender that provides debt financing loans to high-growth commercial and industrial companies. CBC Partners Holdings, LLC has a strategic partnership with CBC Capital Partners, a commercial loan company with 10 years’ of experience in corporate finance. Mr. Rulfs also founded Liberty Pacific Capital LLC, a venture capital firm specializing in emerging technology companies, which later became FocusPoint Private Capital Group, and is a principal of Seattle Venture Group. Mr. Rulfs holds a Series 82 securities license and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio University.
